A professional, a visionary and now an emerging entrepreneur with an experience of 27 yrs in Plant Management / Production Engineering with key focus on top line / bottom-line profitability. He is a B.Tech from IIT-BHU, PGDIBM from IMT, professional with rich experience of 27 Years in manufacturing sector with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.Adept in managing the plant operations involving resource planning, procurement, in-process inspection and team building in co-ordination with internal/external departments. He has a proficiency in maintenance of various equipment & machinery with key focus on enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. Holds distinction of implementing ISO 9000 quality standards & various techniques for improving the operational efficiency along with energy conservation and cost savings. He is an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

 

He has now undertaken the project of removal of overburden at mining sites initially with induction of seven nos. tippers from Mercedes-Benz and an excavator from Volvo. We believe that under his leadership, we would emerge out from our State of the art operational skill which together with our Quality systems would ensures production of high quality with consistent production and would be able to utilize our Machine capability to the maximum extent with innovative ideas and better human behaviour techniques.
